A new start..

I have realized of late that this blog has become too gay-centric, too focused on my lonely depressed life. Something has to change, because my life is not all about being gay. There are many other things I strongly feel about - things I have never bothered to blog, let alone mention them here. Be it current affairs, social issues, books, movies or music. Hell, there is a lot more to a person than his/her sexuality.
I know the transition would be a bit abrupt. I mean how easily, and more importantly, how quickly can you go from talking about insanity and depression to talking about UPA and NDA and crude oil and inflation?!
One of the countless reasons I love being in India is I get to keep a close track of the latest happenings in Indian politics. And trust me, if there is one piece of news that is hogging airtime, it is the Indo-US Nuclear Deal.
I have read up a lot on that (well, not so much, but am in the process of doing so ;)) and would be posting my views on the same. More importantly, would try to post as many facts as I can on the deal (the 123 Agreement and the Hyde Act, why is the Left opposing it so vehemently, yada yada..)
What else?! I would be meeting a couple of friends from my engineering school tomorrow and then some others day after. Saturday would be well spent at home with my parents, grandparents, aunt and sis. And Sunday is the time to go back to hell (aka London). :(
